Pay Security or Pet Deposit

A security deposit payment and approved application will remove the rental unit from the market. Until then the unit will be advertised, marketed and leased. Tall Oak Properties will retain 100% of a security deposit if the applicant chooses not to rent once the deposit is paid.

If the application is not approved, the deposit will be refunded.
